February 2019 through my iPhone

Welcome to my February 2019. A monthly series taken on my camera phone which capture the everyday details of my life that are small yet by no means insignificant. XoX

1st February – The Marie Kondo obsession continues with me sorting out bags of spices by reusing old jars and a label maker.  So satisfying!

4th February – Happy Chinese New Year!

5th February – These pretty little pumps have broken my shopping ban!  Exuberate heels by Nine West, available here.

5th February – And the Chinese New Year celebrations continue!  Any excuse to dress these two dumplings up in traditional dress.

7th February – So proud of my little man on the first day of pre-school.  There was so much anxiety (for me) leading up to this day and he took to it like a fish to water.

7th February – An incredible rainbow to end the day

9th February – Beautiful mamma-to-be enjoying the sun at her baby shower.  Not long now!

9th February – Just like that, I got replaced.  I’m off to take a nap before she notices!

11th February – It’s a belly competition!

14th February – Happy Valentines Day, hubby was treated to a takeaway (refillable) beer flask from Bentspoke.

15th February – Back to basics

16th February – First flight as a family, off to Tassie to visit my in-laws and also my home town.

17th February – Windswept hair and not a care in the world.  I’m back in my happy place, my childhood home.  This trip has me feeling so nostalgic with memories of endless summers, surfboards and wetsuits.  Little did  I know my future hubby lived around the corner!

17th February – The boys digging up pippies on Blackmans Bay Beach, TAS.

17th February – Happy 2nd birthday to our little Ava.  Kudos to Grandma for the healthy watermelon cake!

17th February – When in Tassie it’s perfectly acceptable to eat nothing but cheese for dinner.

18th February – Ice cream break in Salamanca Place

18th February – Travelling with kids is absolutely exhausting!

19th February – In Grandad and Grandma’s veggie patch and learning all about where veggies come from.

23rd February – Back home and after a massive Costco shop I realised I had driven the small car!  Some tetrus moves later and my 48 rolls of toilet paper riding shotgun, we are in!

23rd February – After a lot of unhealthy meals, vegetarian tofu buddha bowl to balance things out.

24th February – Birdseye view of the Royal Canberra Show

24th February – The face of a very excited boy on his first ever roller coaster ride.
