When it comes to midi skirts it is very important to get the length right. I’m slightly taller than average so this mid-calf length works well. If you are shorter I would suggest going no longer than knee length as not to swamp your figure and elongate the legs. While I switched to pool slides for a casual week day dinner date I find that this A-line cut always looks better with heels for that lady-like look.
Here’s another item I picked up at the post Christmas sales and I’m in love. Can you believe that this skirt was only $30 from Bardot??? I love everything about it – The cut, the length, the pockets and the way it rustles around my legs when the wind blows. I think this outfit will be in heavy rotation for the rest of summer. I feel like such a lady!
