Mens Style – Coastal linen

As a Canberran, I lack the luxury of quick access to a beach. Lately I’ve been missing the beach – and this outfit seems, to me, a kind of expression of this.

The basis of the outfit is a white shirt and beige chinos – absolute staples in a man’s wardrobe. Having them is mandatory, and one can only benefit from the versatility they provide.

It’s been a month since we’ve entered Autumn. Usually, a linen jacket is a no-go in autumn, but I wanted to sneak this light-blue blazer in one last time. It’s a long wait for next summer.

To complete the look, I opted for a non-contrasting grey knit tie and sand coloured shoes.

Ahh…now I miss the beach again
