Welcome to my February 2014. A monthly series taken on my phone which
capture the details of my life that are small yet by no means insignificant
1st Feb –
It may look like I’m doing a wee on the gym floor but in fact a PT friend of mine has been encouraging me to do the 30/30 squat challenge
– squat for a total 30 mins a day for 30 days in a row. It’s supposed to improve flexibility, assist in squat range, improve digestion and “extraction”. I’m Asian, pretty sure I don’t need to practise this as this is how we come out of the womb! Lol!
– A stunning summer Sunday and the day was spent by the pool with friends, the evening at Uriarra Crossing with the family.
5th Feb – A bad day was turned around by a Tony Bianco shopping spree! Read about it here
7th Feb – My favourite time of year on the Canberra calendar, the National Multicultural festival. I polished off 3 tubs of these Turkish lokma. Shoes from Valleygirl.
8th Feb – Out at a hen’s night and the custom of giant inflatable penises fascinates me!
9th Feb – Another evening by the river
10th Feb – That awkward moment when you turn up to the gym wearing the same thing…
– My cover girl moment, read about it here
13th Feb – Attending the Myers Face of Canberra Racing @ Siren Bar

14th Feb – Spending Valentines Day with my lover at the Ben and Jerry’s Open Air Cinema watching in dread as the storm rolls in!
15th Feb – Taking happy schnapps at R & A’s engagement party – congrats!!
16th Feb – Colour Run madness! The happiest 5k in the world… and I still have green and pink streaks in my hair!
22nd Feb – The wedding of the year… That has produced a new hashtag! #steiji
25th Feb – Oh you know, a quiet Tuesday night styling for a photoshoot with models covered in gold paint!
26th Feb – Canberra bloggers doing what they do best!
27th Feb – Glad to have my gym buddy back!
28th Feb – And we danced till 4am, reminiscing about the days where we drank lemon Ruski’s in the car park and grinded to Ja Rule – Old but still got the moves, haha!
