Tight Ass Tuesday – Matching Prints

For someone who wears dresses on a daily basis, I actually quite dislike wearing dresses when I go out on the town.  I think dresses impinge on my ability to bust a move on the dance floor and I always have more fun when I’m able to do the running man, booty pop or robot with the confidence of knowing that in the heat of a dance battle I’m not going to rip out of my dress!

I’ve been on the hunt for a two piece matching top and bottom set for quite some time.  I love the matchy matchy look, the flash of midriff and the option of wearing the pieces in separate outfits.  This little number I stumbled upon in Supre of all places.  It’s stretchy, body hugging and comfortable!  I love the little surprises that you can pick up from the most unexpected stores!

Outfit details:
Magic panel cropped singlet by Supre – $18 available here
Magic printed bodycon skirt by Supre – $25 available here

Celine inspired heavy ID choker necklace by With Love Kirsten – $9.99 available here
Lime spiked leather cuff by Diva – $5
Gold chain bracelet by Diva $7

As part of this outfit I also tried a different makeup look too.  I’m pretty unadventurous with makeup and always opt for a smoky eye and a nude lip however thought I’d try out a more vampy face for a night out.  I used a Mac Fluidline eyeliner in Blacktrack on my entire lid, a black Inglot eye shadow (#63) to set it in place, followed by a Rimmel Exaggerate liquid liner to sharpen the edges.  Lips are deep red Rimmel lipstick (Kate #11).  What do you think?
