Nails – OPI Euro Centrale

Euro Centrale is the spring/summer 2013 collection by OPI, inspired by the a region that is not only steeped in history but also modern design.  The collection is wide ranging from creamy nudes, vibrant glitters, deep metallics…

Euro Centrale by OPI includes the following shades:

I do have quite a collection of OPI polishes however at $20 a pop it’s an expensive habit and I only ever purchase OPI when I see a sale or duty free.  During a recent Catch Of The Day OPI sale I managed to pick up a few bottles for $11 each.
My two favourites are Can’t Find My Czech Book and Your Such a Budapest.  I generally don’t like wearing bright colours on my nails but these two colours are beautifully creamy and soft that they look great with almost anything. looks absolutely breathtaking in the bottle however I found that when applied the glitter was a bit sparse.  I used a Rimmel metallic blue as a base and found the look a little over the top for my taste.  I’m not giving up on this one though, I think I’ll try it out next time with a darker navy base which hopefully will tone down the look.
