My very first pair of Jeffrey Campbells

I love the look of “barely there” pumps that have a flat cut off pocket at the toe, an exposed mid-section and ankle strap closure.  They are work appropriate, sophisticated and finish off a perfectly preened outfit, not to mention ultra comfortable!

Aimee Song of Song of Style wears L.A.M.B Oxley Pumps – $285

Tony Bianco Alex heels in a skin capretto and coyote kid suede leather combo – $159.95
ASOS PRIOR Pointed High Heels – $76.50

When I first laid eyes on these ladies it was love at first sight, unlike regular JC’s that are usually quite chunky and bold, these Solitaire Platform pumps are ladylike and chic yet quite striking in their colour and cut at the same time.  Posted all the way from the US into my loving arms, I may have become a new JC collector!

  1. These are one of my all time favourite JC shoes~ But the only reason I'm hesitating buying them is that I am afterall holding out for a pair of Oxley's. Everytime it pops up on Song of Style I get shoe envy! The black is all sold out though. Brown and Navy are obtainable but I can't decide. Have you seen the JC Soiree's? They are another one of those 'barely there' pumps, especially the version with the clear toe – gorgeous!

btw girl u have amazing legs!!

  2. Closet Voyage, I think you should definately get the Oxley's, they are amazing and I think navy would be really versatile. I do love the Soiree's but don't really suit chunky heels though I guess if they are clear it doesn't really matter 😛

  3. Hi ! I'm planning on buying these too do they run true to size? I'm a size 7 usually but have wide feet so wondering what the fit is like and if it's best for me to get 1/2 size large to accommodate for my wider feet (considering it is a pointed toe). Your advice would be greatly appreciated 🙂 I'm ordering from Australia so would be a big disappointment if they were the complete wrong size haha

    Thanks

    1. Hi Zoe,
I'm really glad you asked this question as the sizing of these shoes run quite large. I am usually a size 6.5 – 7 and purchased them in a 38 and they are waaay too big, I have used them for styling purposes and have had size 9 models wear them comfortably.

I wouldn't worry too much about having wide feet as the shoe is so open, I would suggest that you go no larger than a 37. They are such a gorgeous shoe, you will love them.
