Following a business trip to Vietnam earlier this year it left me wanting more. Hubby and I took some time out and visited last month. I found it equally as hot, smelly, chaotic and vibrant as ever. Though I had the best intentions prior to my holiday, my waistband certainly got a work out in Vietnam – pho, bun cha, bo bun hue, coffee, banh mi, YUM!
The most breathtaking part of my trip was Ha Long Bay with it’s majestic mountains and tranquility of the sheltered bays. Though over-run with tourists and suffering from pollution, there is no denying the natural beauty of this place.
Here is my time there in photos.
